This has to be the best property i ever rented And we take trips every two months! To start off i 1s...t booked this property at the same time as someone else and i was 5mins after them so they booked b4 me and they booked on an different site so i didnt want to wait for my refund because it would take days so i was just so frustrated.. because i know it was going to take a couple of days before i could get my refund bakc Chenning was so amazing she change the date for me and for my Inconvenience and because she felt so bad because its never happened to her that two people booked at the same time she sent me 400$ to help me change my flights.. Now do think she need to send anybody anything this was out of her heart !! she didnt have to do any of this and for that i will always come back! Now the house was perfect didnt have any problems getting in the gate into the resort and easy checkin to the house. We got in town a little late but the heated pool was perfect to chill out in the pool at night. We booked this for our parents 50th Anniversary! It worked perfectly for all 4 families! Everyone ha...d a bedroom and bathroom and the younger kids loved the character rooms! It was a perfect get away! The pool was perfect! The Encore water park was a short walk away! The owners were excellent communicators and the property management responded quickly when things were not working. Would highly recommend staying here! Read More

This house was ideal for our large family. We had 8 grandsons ranging in age from 2 months to 8 year...s old, two single sons in their 20's, 4 married couples, and my husband and myself. We paid for pool heat which was definitely worth the expense. Pool was 88 degrees and hot tub was 104 and our grandsons never wanted to leave it. We had king sized bedrooms with private baths for the 5 married couples, 2 queen bedrooms with private baths for single adult sons and 3 bedrooms with bunk beds and private baths for the grandsons. The house was laid out very nicely providing privacy and quiet for different families. Things we really liked were the large dining area, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and pantry off the kitchen for storing food and keeping countertops free. We were pleasantly surprised to find a porta crib in a closet. If we had known that we wouldn't have brought 2 of our own. Also there were two high chairs, a broom, dustpan, mop, and vacuum for cleaning. Air conditioning was good throughout the house even though 2 of the days reached daytime temperatures into the 90s. Only improvement I could suggest would be to purchase a can opener. Also Magnus and Chenning were very quick to reply to all of my questions by email and phone. I highly recommend this property. This property is AMAZING!! You will not be disappointed!! We wanted to celebrate a family graduation... ~ We had 12 people (6 adults, 2 teen/adults and 4 younger kids) Everyone loved our time at this home! Its super close to Disney World, has a pool to soak in, a jacuzzi if you need your muscles relaxed after a long day walking, a large enough kitchen for everyone, dining table for all to eat at the same time....what more can I say? The theater room is large enough for everyone and a blast to watch Harry Potter movies!! (or whatever?!!)
